Mesa, AZ – Focus Climbing Center is the dream of professional climbing coach and international route setter Joe Czerwinski. The Futurist team worked closely with Joe over many months, providing feasibility and business consulting, and designing the facility’s layout and amazing climbing walls, built by Leading Edge Climbing Walls. The roped walls include an IFCS World Cup Short Course regulation dual speed wall with auto-belays and electronic timing devices. The bouldering run is more than 100 feet long, with heights ranging from 14-18 feet above the padding. The finishing touch is the 3,000-square-foot, 24-inch-thick, super-soft custom bouldering flooring system.
